The ideas focus on exploring the innate experiences or patterns we are born with. Quantum symbolizes ENERGY, while Somatics represents BODY. My art involves various forms, and I have a deep appreciation for observing and studying the subtle details in what is presented. The practice takes a holistic approach to healing the conditions of the mind and body by nurturing a deep connection between the two and does not exclude the essence of spirit. By fostering awareness of physical sensations and emotional experiences, individuals can engage in transformative practices that encourage self-discovery and personal growth.
