The best practices begin small—but they begin with a commitment.

Morning Movement is a simple, ongoing practice of moving slowly, listening inward, and creating space for what your body is communicating.

Each class offers a gentle structure for exploring breath, sensation, direction, expansion, contraction, and stillness—helping you develop a deeper relationship with your body over time.

This is not about doing more. It’s about practicing consistently enough to notice what becomes possible.

Morning Movement Single Class
$20.00

Curious, but not ready to commit? Start with one morning.

You don’t have to know where a practice will take you before you begin.

Join us for a single Morning Movement class and experience a simple, grounded approach to moving, breathing, listening, and noticing what your body has to say.

Come as you are. Try it once. See what you notice.

Sometimes, one small beginning is enough to discover what you want to return to.
