Embodied Somatics is a community practice designed to strengthen the connection between body, mind, and emotional awareness. Through creative, movement‑based exploration, participants learn practical skills that support nervous system regulation, expressive freedom, and long‑term personal resilience. In-person class happens on the third Tuesday of the month at sliding scale rate. $13-20
