There Are No Loose Ends: Immersion Workshop

$25.00

Oct. 17th 11am-2pm

This is an intimate, small-group experience designed to create space for reflection, connection, creativity and gentle exploration.

Together, we’ll slow down and turn our attention inward through guided reflection, conversation, somatic practices, and opportunities to connect with the stories and patterns we carry.

Each participant will be given a set of materials to create a ‘nesting’ bowl to take home.

You can expect to explore:

  • How past and generational experiences may continue to show up in the present

  • The difference between witnessing our patterns and being defined by them

  • Practices for becoming more present with what arises

  • A deeper relationship with the person you are becoming—your future self

There is no expectation to share anything you’re not ready to share. You are invited to participate at your own pace, with curiosity rather than pressure.

Come as you are. Bring your questions, your experiences, and whatever is present for you that day. This is a space to listen, feel, reflect, and connect—with yourself and with others.
